How do I return a shipment?

If an article doesn’t meet your expectations, simply send us an email. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Your articles need to be unused with tags on and in the original packaging. Obviously you’re allowed to try them on for size first. Sorry, no returns on water bottles, head gear and discontinued items.

Please let us know at sales@gorillawearcanada.com which products you want to return and if you want to exchange them for other items or refund.

Don’t forget to include a copy of your invoice with the return shipment. The cost of shipping the articles back to us is on your account.

Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.


We offer shipping in 2-5 days through Canada Post. The rate is based on Province you live in.
