Exercise in autumn can pale in comparison to the physical activities you were doing in summer. When the sun is beaming down on you and your friends, you’re out on the boat wakeboarding and skiing, enjoying some cold refreshments, you might look at fall and let out a big sigh.

 

But here’s the thing. You don’t need to let it get you down! Fall has the benefit of being a little cooler, so you can get outside and enjoy your physical activities without breaking a sweat just from standing around.
